  The staff were extremely helpful and sympathetic. We had a small problem with a key, and they were eager to sort it out very quickly. The rooms are airy and comfortable (we stayed in 2 different ones on separate nights), and we were given a quiet one at the back when we asked for one. It has a private parking shared with the rest of the gated community which seemed to be safe. The guesthouse has a lift as well and it was very good considering the cheap price we payed.   Very welcoming, helpful and accomodating. Big room with outside terrace and nice size bathroom. Lovely oasis in a great location, just a short walk from the centre. - It was perfect. Love the golden retriever, the sweetest dog ever!

  The place had a cosy and warm atmosphere. Everyone had an open access to the kitchen which was combined with dinning room, where cakes, coffee, tea, juice, water and other things were available at any time of the day. Big rooms, all day acces to the kitchen, clean. It is in the center so it is noisy from the street but after dinner its becoming quiet. You have 5 minutes to main road and restaurants. The street market with fresh fruits, chees, seafoodis round the corner. Staff is unbelivebly friendly and it was the best hoteli have ever been. Feels like home!

However, the staff will help you with taking the luggage up and down the stairs. The hotel is situated in a little seedy area near the fish market. However, once you walk pass these 1-2 blocks, you are at the Elephant fountain and the Duomo so the location to the sights is great. There are lots of good seafood restaurants nearby.

  excellent location, near 2 main squares. at the Duomo square you can find 2 types of touristic buses - the standard citysightseeing and the other one cheaper 5 euro (1hour trip without stop). you also can find all main streets having begin at the square Duomo. the landlord is a very friendly woman, she helped me to book an excursion to Etna (must ... 别人怎么说 » see! half day was enough for mee; "without jeep" is not very tiring). the breakfast is served in a cafe neighbour to the appartment (croissant\briosh - This BB has a central location [2 min from Piazza Duomo], really close to public transportation [Piazza Alcala] and via Etnea [wich is one of the main streets in Catania]. The BB is clean and comfy. The owners, Giovanni and his mother [who lives next door] are nice people. The palazzo in which the BB is located it's a bit noisy, but this is Sicilly. Overall, I was pleased with the place and I recomend it.

  It was more than what we expected. The owner Vito was amazing! Kind, always there when needed, offering us info. The B&B looks exactly like in the pictures. All is new, the rooms are big, and there is a nice market on the street, so we had fresh vegetables and fruit daily.   The accommodation is very new, large and clean with excellent facilities. What made this place special were the hosts Giovanni and his wife. They were so extremely helpful and arranged a trip to etna for myself and my wife along with finding out about all the local transport.
