The staff is perfect! We were unable to check-in before 23 pm, even we arrived after 01 am (though we told before that we ould come at 22 pm) because of very hard road from Napoli through Campania and Calabria. It seemed to be lost... It seemed we would have our beds on a street... But the cool guy Pietro came away and saved us!)) He retruned to the hotel after 3 hours of it's been closed for check-in and did everything perfect and was very cordial. Many many thanks! PS: and a dog in the inner .
