  - very friendly staff, including the owners - everyone was extremely service-oriented - the pool was AMAZING; view of the rolling Tuscan hills was gorgeous - was a little hard to find but received excellent directions via the phone (when the Hotel called us to ask if we were ok making our way there!) Chef Guido is outstanding; meals were gourmet. Hotel is very well located for exploring Tuscany, Florence and Sienna. Highly recommend once you find the place.
