  The staff were extremely friendly. They were helpful in giving usinformation and directions for visiting Mr Etna and also suggested wevisit a local festival.   Room was really big and very nice bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Just perfect after a big climb on mount etna (we did not use skilifts or jeeps). Village center had the best pizza place ever (el diablo). Good value for money
