Owner was friendly and professional. Room was spacious and impeccably clean. Rate included some bonuses we weren't even expecting, and was cheaper than our friends' stay at a similar place down the road. Location was perfect-centrally located but not in the busiest or noisiest area. The strudel for breakfast, made by the host :). Veneziano.
