  The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and always had a welcoming smile. The room was clean and the slippers added a very special touch.   The central location and friendliness of staff - I liked the Zanhotel Regina very much, since the hotel is situated near the town center and the railway station and all the important sightseeing points can be easily reached on foot!   I agree with the person who asked whether they had stayed at the same hotel as many of the other reviewers. Having read the reviews, I expected something like the house in the Addams Family.   The ladies at reception were incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel is located just off of the main street close to the main square.
