The location is amazing. We were backpacking as a family, and the central train station is a ten minute walk at most. The 'hotel' is right in the center of the city. The man (Herman) who runs the place is charming, and will ride up on his bike at a moments notice to provide anything you may need. He even brought cold bottled water and left in in our refridgerator every day. It was very welcome after a long day of walking! To top it all off, our room had A/C and a bathroom with a big, clean show.
所有评语 » The location was great, only a five minute walk from the train station and the "main" Piazza is only a short walk away. The man that runs the place is always very helpful and will do his best to make you feel welcome and appreciated. The room had A/C and was clean, the bathroom was big and very nice. You get your own key to the building and it almost feels like you have your own apartment in the city of Bologna :). The apartment is very nice, spacious, centrally located and with a TV. Receptionist very kind and allowed me to leave my luggage in the reception. The Location was very good, in a centre area, you can walk all Bologna from here. A big bed, A/C, a nice view, and a good places near the room. The apartment was spacious clean and well presented, also in a great location. I just want to say ''choose this hotel''! location and room were perfect!. The owner was really nice, helpful and friendly! Nice place to stay!. The location, and the cleanliness. Also very secure, three doors to go through. Location, free wi-fi works very good. The situation was fantastic. Location was ok. Nothing negative to say!. it was a shame that it doesn't look good from outside it is easy to miss it , we went past it 3 time's. Poorly appointed kitchen - one glass one, one plate, one pot, an uncooperative stove, and unreliable wi fi. It is said that breakfast is included into the price but actually the hotel does not serve breakfast, instead they have a contract with a small cafe to provide breakfast and they direct you there. Since the cafe is so small you can not find any free table even you show up early. They gave me a room in another building which is not in the main building pictured in letsbookhotel.com . The breakfast was really poor and it is not inside the building! And also the room didn't have air conditioner which is something really important in the sommer time. It was cheap & not how it looked when we booked it. The owners could do so much more. The office of the hotel is on the address mentioned the rooms are on another street- a bit spooky if you are not aware since the Enlgish of the owner was not so good. Room was probably not cleaned as the trashcan was full of trash, the toilet was broken and could not flush. No personnell to talk to. I was there for one night so acceptable. 20 Eur per night should be max charge.
