The apartment is perfectly clean, friendly, equipped with everything you need. The terrace is cozy, perfect to have breakfast or dinner. The room had a small refrigerator, but the dining room has a large, which can easily cool beer or wine. For the normal temperature in the room cared blinds and air conditioning. We felt very comfortable, even though it was very hot outside. Our stay was for 4 nights and 2 days we were in Milan and Brescia. The location for us was the best because it had the op. 所有 评语 »
+ Very good location! About 300 meters from the train station. The funicolare to Citta Alta was easily reached by foot, about 15-20 minutes from the B & B. The shopping street was also near.
+ Quite easy to find.
+ Surprisingly quiet! Although the traffic of the "main road" went right by the building, there was no noise whatsoever.
+ Maria, the owner, is such a bundle of joy! She doesn't know English very well, but we managed to understand everything perfectly. She also recommended some goo.
Excellent accommodation that suits than people who come to visit the city and where to look for nearby towns and beautiful places. Ms. Mary was very nice, accommodating, helped in everything from information on attractions the city, the area, as well as recommendations for good dining facilities. Accommodation is above average for the price, modern, tastefully furnished and mostly air conditioned. Very suited me that kitchen was equipped with everything a person needs in order to be able to pre.
Maria, the owner of this b&b is a very kind, helpful lady. Altough
she doesn't speak much English, she uses her body language to
explain it all. We almost had the whole flat to ourselves, stayed in a
wide, spotless clean room with a wonderful bathroom. Italian breakfast
is not sufficient but there was a supermarket nearby, so we could
prepare our Turkish style breakfast. The kitchen area has a great
balcony for smokers. Location is just prefect, real close to the train
station and the bus s.
This was my second stay in the lovely B&B Fanzago.It was perfect.A nice , clean room with a large bathroom, a comfortable bed and facilities for tea inside the room.In the proximity of this guesthouse you can eat the best pizza in Bergamo.

I had an excellent day in Bergamo because I choose to stay in an apartment with lots of facilities.The location is excellent.They have a lift in the building.My room was so clean and beautiful.Every room in this big apartment has a name.Maria is a wonderful woman who gave me lots of tips and good advices.I hope to stay again very soon.
It was very easy to find from the bus station and for me being a traveller alone in an alien place that was wonderful. Come out of the bust station and take a right and go straight across the square. The owner was very friendly and the room was lite,warm and modern. I will deffo go back again xx.
Signiora owner was very warm person and enable us to check in. The position of B$B FANZAGO is very close to the rail station.The rooms were very clean with interior design. The breakfast you will get it in a very tidy surprise balcony. If we visit again Bergamo, will choose it pleasantly.
Really cosy and clean B&B, friendly owner, very near of the railway station, really cheap to be in the center of Bergamo. Self-service breakfast possibility was good for me because I left the B&B very early, at 4.30 in the morning. Just few minutes to wlk to the taxi station.
location was perfect just beside train station, you will have the b n b to yourself only 4 rooms great design of rooms i was there 6 nites and only saw 2 people, but overall a fabulous place and brand new too, you wont go wrong here and it feels very safe 3 locks on doors to get in.
Directions: look for a Gallery Fanzago once you arrive (a kind of open
shopping alley on the ground floor of the building). Every
shop/house door is numbered there. Look for #32 and rind the
corresponding bell.
The hotel is super: nice design, clean and comfortable!.
The owner of the hotel was extremely helpful during our last visit. She stays with us all the day to give proper medical treatment to our sick daughter. I still like to express our warmest wishes to her and to send our best regards.
It was possible to have early check in with no extra charge. There was
tea available and a water pot with no extra charge. Caffee was only
,60 Euro. Also water available for 1 Euro. You can use kitchen.

Everything was perfect and very quiet although it is in the centre.
Lovely balcony for brekfast. The bb is within 5 mins walk of the
train/bus station with excellent connections to the airport (12mins
by bus, €2,10).
B & B Fanzago is in a great location - about 100m from the bus and train stations. It is very clean and new. It is great value for money and excellent for a weekend in Bergamo or a stop-off for travellers.
Great location, friendly staff, extremely good value for money, new modern rooms with air-con, peaceful and quiet: no street noice at all. Perfect base also for Monza F1 GP, 3mins from Bergamo train station.

It would be useful to have more information about important places of the city and surroundings (Como, Lecco, Pavia, Mantova ...... including program vehicles).
The room was extremely comfortable. It has its own bathroom with shower.

There's no reception, so you have to contact Maria Grazia when you arrive to receive the keys.
You can't belief that it is a B&B, the Most Hotels van not meet there standard.

Location is good, close to the train station and also the city center. The zone has movement at night, but as the hotel it's inside a shopping center it's very quite.

There was nothing I could rate negative.
You have to let Maria know what time you are arriving, otherwise she is
not there. This might be a challenge for last minute planners.

it is an advantage is you have a sweet tooth :-).

All guests should get information that they need to walk from railway station or airport transfer bus to the hotel. I did not know that + being after shoulder operation, not able to carry my baggage. that gave me further problem.
Safe did not work. Microwave did not work. The closet was full of
extra pillows, blankets and the broken safe, so there was not room for
my belongings. No daily room service or clean towels. Four different
keys to open doors. Difficult to find because the small building
isn't named. Packaged rolls for breakfast. Staff only present when
you check in.
rigidity about the departure time.
We saw the owner when we arrived and when we were leaving . She
wasn't be there all the time so we could not ask for our needs. The
beds were uncomfortable and the bedsheets didn't seem clean enough.
