great location in the heart of barolo. it is an old family house, the owner was born there, belonging to a local wine growing family. there is an enoteca on the ground floor where one can taste and buy wines. the rooms (only 3 of them) were refurbished in the past few years to a high standard. our room was large with a seating area, comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. i would definitely return.
所有评语 » Very luxurious and spaceous room (we had the suite), in the middle of the little town Barolo. Own private parking space. The owner is most friendly and very driven in the wine business. He loves to take you to his vineyard and is very proud of his winery. Afcourse accompanied by a fine wine tasting inhouse. Germano the owner is a barolo wine producer as were the previous 3 generations of his family. We were in Barolo for the wine so what better place to stay? Having a location in the village was very useful for eating out. We had our best meal of our trip in La Cantinetta. We liked pretty much everything. Perfect location in wonderful Barolo. Best place to start your Barolo wine experience. Extremly friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms, clean and modern design. We definitely recommend it. A wonderful experience. Beautiful apartment. Very friendly owners who also own a winery (Germano Angelo). They offer wine tastings at the ground floor, including Barolo wine (of course). Everything in the minibar, except wine, is free of charge. beautiful accomodations. we stayed in the suite, gorgeous, modern bathrom with wonderful view nice terrace. facing the town square..excellant value great location, nice owner with lots of pride for his family and wine. Location - town centre. Family run by owners of a vineyard but ideal for independent travellers. Rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Nicely placed in the center of Barolo, good base to visit the whole Alba region. The "suite" is a very comfortable room, decorated with taste. Very gentle owner who is also wine producer... Liked everything - could not have been better Host is a very gracious successful Barolo enologist graciously sharing his production for tasting and perhaps a tour of his winery. The service we received was fantastic. The location was beautiful and the apartment felt luxurious and comfortable. Everything was great! Nothing. Breakfast is included but is served in a small cafe close to the apartment. It's only a coffee and a brioche. If you want some orange juice, you'll have to pay extra. the pigeons!!!!. limited breakfast (outside), woman pushed us for fast check-out 2 hours before official deadline. Nothing. Nothing. loved it. We didn't realise it didn't have air conditioning. Nothing.
