The owner was very kind and helpful. He met us when we had trouble with directions and carried our heavy luggage for us. The breakfast was great. The room was very romantic and it was a nice quiet sleep. The historic town was amazing for pictures. The owner took us to a restaurant that was local and had the chef cook us a fabulous dinner...best in Italy! Everything was perfect!.
A quaint little cottage in the midst of a medieval village, wonderful views, great hosts, home style breakfast. A great place to soak up the historic atmosphere of Artena. Close to other historic sites & villages. Only 30 mins from centre of Rome. Great value for money, highly recommend it.

We were family with two kids 9 and 14. all service from Maurizio, his wife and daughter Marina was great and with love. room was simple but clean and pleasant.. The view and city around are fantastic.The breakfast on terrace was very nice. Very recomended. Close to the Magicland Rainbow park.
The owner is really kind, he even came and picked us up when we didn't find the place. The rooms and facilities are extra clean, the breakfast is fantastic as well. Artena is a lovely place with its historical buildings.
Our room was large and decorated with good taste. The staff was friendly. The town is really worth seeing - but one must be in a good shape because of all those thousands of steps.
Owner very nice & helpful man. Place & rooms are very exotic. Absolutely recomend for young travellers who want new feelings. Here you find real Italy.
If you can stay in this hotel you can name yourself a very lucky person. Unusual place, friendly people, amazing view.
I liked the places and the room, even there was no TV and the bathroom was very small. However, the room was very clean. The city Artena is very romantic.

difficult to find the place,. first it's not appear in GPS,second if you find the square and park the car, there is no signs to the place.
In old town there is only one restaurant.
The fact that the lady didn't know. English at all. Not even an word,and it was very hard to understand each other. The breakfast was based only on cookies. So, if you are hungry in the morning you have a problem. within the room there isn't any fridge.
