It's a quiet place with Arno river view, Florence bridges very
clean, the staff is very nice, and helpful. After a long day in the
attraction you can relax in your room looking the river and the other
side of the town. Few blocks away from the train terminal and
attraction. I really recommend this hotel if you visit Florence. Good
service in the breakfast, good espresso and delicious hot chocolate.

The staff was very good. He is very nice to introduce the interesting places to me and help me print out the ticket for museum the next day with patient. What's more, because of my train late, he was waiting for me until midnight. I'm very appreciate of everything he did. The location is also very good. This hotel has a lovely atmosphere. It is family run and they are very friendly and helpful even though our Italian is poor. Hotel Marine is located just 5 minutes walk from the main train station in Florence. The rooms are large, clean, are in buildings that are hundreds of years old and have great character! Air conditioning works! We walked to most of the major landmarks like. Il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Pantheon. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us an extra room when they had a vacancy next to ours for no extra charge. They provided the BEST breakfast buffet!
