1. We arrived late at night at the airport in Bari (3h delay) and the owner immediately arranged for us to be picked up and brought to the place (the rental car office closed at 10 pm).
2. The architecture of the place is outstanding and the fittings are par to any 5-star hotel.

The staff at Vittoria Parc Hotel were especially helpful. I was also pleased with the accomodations - a large, pleasant room with bath, lots of hot water, and functioning air conditioning.
