Wonderful! We have stayed in a lot of hotels/B and B's in Europe and this was the best of all!! The staff was wonderful! No question was too big or small. My daughter and I began our trip by flying into Pisa, staying at the Hotel Bologna, and then traveling south to meet up with friends. The entire staff at the Hotel went above and beyond the call of duty. I was so impressed by the whole experience. I recommend without reservation.
