  The lady and her nephew who ran the Hotel were delightful, very helpful and such a warm friendly atmosphere we didn't want to leave. It was like stepping back in time to old style Italy but everything was comfortable and worked very well. Lots of hot water and a good shower.Look forward to our return!   A very good price for this type of hotel. really beautiful fournitures and design in a tipical lucca's house. excellent - the staffs were very friendly and we had exelent time. the room is well decorated and the location is the best.
