  The hosts are very friendly - they gave us maps and a brief introduction of the city of Rome. The hosts stay at the premise too so you feel safe and you can get them whenever you need help. He was very friendly and helpful. He is the face of Italy! :) Do not stress, because of the shared bathroom: It is not like a bathroom in a hostel, but it is like at home. Francesco (the hotel owner) was always available and was incredibly accommodating. I am typically very cautious when a hotel owner give me a list of "All the best places" in town. We all know how that goes, th - This was a lovely hotel with a wonderful staff who were extremely helpful! It is a little tricky to find because the driving direction changes mid-street on the street it is located. Also the name changes on the street - so Rome! We were driving a rental car so if you are on foot or going by taxi it is much easier. A very nice hotel in an area that is less touristy in Rome.
