  The hotel is modern, with spacious rooms by European standards. We used it for a single night for a trip into Venice without having to pay a high price for a room. The restaurant in the facility was excellent, one of best meals while in Italy. Perfect - - Good place to stay for visit Venice (the train station is 3km, free parking is 5min walking from station - the owner advices you where to park) - nice staff (the lady and her mother) - new spacious rooms - breakfast was good (small problem with refilling, but we were almost alone in the hotel) - nice rabbits in the garden (really domestic rabbits :)

  The convenience of being off the island of Venice, yet being able to reach it so easily. We were even able to store our luggage the following day so that we could visit Venice prior to boarding the cruise line.. - very clean, the sheets was changed everyday, We have stayed in other top hotels, and this is one of the cleanest ones yet.
