  In our opinion this is a 3 star hotel which should have a 4 star rating. The staff were friendly and helpful.   location was very nice, better than what we saw other in Mestre - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a very quiet area. The rooms were serviced well and regularly and breakfast was very good, varied and plentiful.

  Excellent Staff! cozy, friendly helpful. The location is perfect to visit Venice leaving the car at the hotel and going to the laguna by bus in just ten minutes. Buses are running all night long and the great hotel staff gives all the indications to make your stay in Venice wonderful. The rooms are very big and the bed is very comfortable.
