  The family who ran the hotel where friendly and very caring, the food and hospitality was exceptional. Even though we had no Italian speakers communication was good.   The location is perfect to visit Venice. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, they provided us map, bus ticket and a lot of tips for our trip in Venice. - The staff was lovely. The have got a nice restaurant, rather cheap. The breakfast is wonderful! Very simple to go to Venice.

  The location is on the mainland, but there is a nice and fast transportation till 00:40, then you need a taxi to get back. If you are willing to stay a night or couple of more it is fine. Room has toilet and shower inside, so it is not a shared one.
