  In our opinion this is a 3 star hotel which should have a 4 star rating. The staff were friendly and helpful.   Excellent place to stay. People responsible for the B&B are very friendly. Excellent location (walking distance to airport, roughly 1 km). 30 minutes from Piazzale Roma (Venice) by bus 5. Stephano, the proprietor, went out of his way to accomodate me. The Number 5 bus both to Venice and to airport stops nearby. I booked it from the internet on a leap of faith because I was stranded due to Italian strike. Felt I lucked out.
