Fantastic location to see the city highlights. Comfortable little place with overly helpful staff.
Location was good, it could be a great hotel but it has not been cared
for. Getting the bathroom door opened was a problem and the shower
leaked badly. The man who helped was great spoke no English and I have
no Italian.....

Low flow water.
The room was very old and it actually seemed like it was falling apart. The bed wouldn't stop cracking. The shower didn't have enough space and there was no hot water. Nothing seemed really clean.
