All the little things things. Mobile phone for the time of our stay no charge for any call in Israel. Extra towels for beach and bag of beach supplies blanket and toys. Lists of places to eat from budget to highend, colored and numbered on a map. Offers for help. Washing machine and cleaning supplies. Tea and coffee (and a Nespresso machine with pods). If you are after a silent morning with no traffic noise The Seaview Apartment might not be for you. But early riser it adds to the atmosphere. .
所有评语 » Location - Very close from the sea, from the market, from the city center. Apartment - a lot of space, good condition, very clean. Contact person - Ran, owner o the appartment was very kind - explaining all the needed details and more, very helpful. Very convenient - all the necessary kitchen equipment + coffee, tea+ beach stuff (towels+umbrella+chairs+...) + all the possible info on the city (maps+taxi numbers+eating places addresses). Everything you need for comfortable rest. The appartment is located in a quiet street in the city, but the location is perfect close to the beach, shopping, supermarket (just on the corner of the street) and a lot of small and nice restaurants in the area. The appartment has a high standard, with all fasilities like washingmachine and dryer, toaster, micro and oven for both cooking and baking, hairdryer and iron. We can recommend this appartment and will be back next time!!!. Very extraordinary friendly caring by the manager, clean and well equipped rooms, a broschure about the apartment as well as about TLV and trips and restaurants around the neighbourhood. Great location as it is just a 3 minutes walk to the beach, and close to the best spots of the city such as shuk hacarmel, nachlat benyamin, rothshild blvd, dizzengoff etc. Jaffa 10 min by bike or cab!!!! Would go there any time again G. We had the pleasure to stay at Iris flat (Herman Cohen Tel Aviv) for 9 nights- Great experience. Quiet place - clean - lovely flat -spacious everything you need is there... close to the beach and Dizengoff.Iris is sweet and extremely helpful. First of all, thanks Iris for her hospitality and interesting talks we had about Tel Aviv! Apartment is very clean and comfortable, everything works well. There you have everything for cooking, even spices! Location is also good: supermarket - 1 min, beach - 10 min, main streets - 5 mins. Herman Cohen street is quite and lets you sleep well. The location is perfect - just a five minutes walk to the Gordon Beach or less than five minutes to the Dizgenhoff Street. The apartment was clean, nice designed and fully equipped with everything what you need. If you stay several days in TLV, we would clearly recommend to book an apartment instead of a hotel. The owner was very helpful. We would book it again. The contact before, during and after our stay was very good. Although we never saw anyone except on our final day I felt well looked after. The apartment was clean, tidy, modern with good kitchen facilities and a nice city view. It is much more space for your money than you get elsewhere in Tel Aviv. It is at the quiet end of one of the main shopping streets. Fantastic location on Ben Yehuda. 24hr shop next door. Very clean, comfortable bedrooms. We liked the fact it was a 2 bedroom apartment for the same price as twin room so we could have privacy if needed. All nice mod cons and nice bathroom. Jerusalem is just one hour away by bus. "Location, location, location" - distance just 100m from the beach. Lot of restaurants and shops in the area. You can prepare yourself :). Lots of space for four people. Bedroom easily fit two and large futon easily fit two. A single futon also would have accommodated one more. The location of this apartment is very convenient and is close to lots of good restaurants and shopping. There are also lots of public transport options very near. Apartment was pretty quiet and big enough for one or two people. The person in charge was friendly and seemed accommodating. The location is ok and the stuff is very friendly. If you make food the apartment is equipped with kitchen. If I had to say anything it would be instructions for washing machine, I did work it out with a few lucky guesses. A but difficult to find if you dont know the city (no problem if you have GPS). No complains!. The staircase of the house is a bit shaby, but the location counts at the end. You need to be fairly independent when it comes to checking in, finding the place and getting in as you do this with an email of directions from flower trail. This suited us well though. Nothing. The shower wasn't great as was a bath shower rather than walk in and it couldn't really be left hanging whilst you showered as kept spraying the floor! Other than that the place is excellent. No complaints. Groundfloor apartman is a little bit dark, but as an advantage it remains cold. 1) Uncomfortable sofa in the other room; 2) thin walls and sometimes noisy neighbors, one of which is learning to play the trumpet. No terrace. However , the advertising did not suggest that there was one, I just wished there was. Wifi connection was poor. Unfortunately I could not pay with my credit card. AC worked kind of loud. nothing. everything was great. Hot water worked very unreliable. bathroom and the toilet needs some refurbishment, no hair dryer.... I could not pay with my VISA Card. There were not enough curtains so that the people in the synagogue next door could see right in to the room and had a clear view of the bed. Also in the bathroom people entering the parking of the synagogue had a clear view on you in the bathroom. Also, I'm sure that the room was clean, but didn't really inspire confidence. Things like wash cloths that were badly stained left you questioning the rest. No corkscrew in the apartment. we had first floor and the window was coming to quite noizy street. You can not open the curtains due to the first floor. Bathroom is tiny and there was no towel for feet.
