First post on letsbookhotel.com. Me, my wife and 2 children (12 & 9) stayed at g38 for 10 days. This was our fist experience in this type of 'hotel'. There's no maid service, or changing of linens, or bringing new towels every day so if you're looking for a traditional hotel this is not the place for you. It's more like apartment living, and we loved it. Small kitchen with everything we needed, great wi-fi, ample hot water... They even give you a cell phone to use during your stay that incl.
所有评语 » We stayed in Haifa for our Bahá'i Pilgrimage, and couldn't have felt more at home. We have stayed in other Haifa hotels, but the accommodations at G38, the location and the value were unmatched. The owners, David and Moshe, were gracious, professional and attentive. We would stay there again without hesitation and highly recommend G38--especially for fellow Bahá'is. We appreciated the kitchen and the ability to cook meals in our apartment. Also--and a big bonus---our apartment included the us. Management was superb. Moshe and David could not be more accommodating. They provide Wi-Fi and free laundry use. They even provided us with a cell phone to use during our stay that covered international calls. The apartment studio suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious for a family of 4 that includes 2 older children. It was nice to have a small kitchen to keep some foods and drinks especially for breakfast. Unlike the hotels in Haifa which were very pricy and could not accommodate a family. David was most helpful & personally showed me all the facilities of the G38. I had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with immediately in a professional & courteous manner. I liked the convenience of the free laundry facilities, the free mobile phone for both local & international calls. The apartment was clean & comfortable & the rooftop balcony was a great place to relax in the afternoon. The location of the G38 was within a 2 minute walk to the Bahai Gardens &. My husband was unwell during our recent stay, and not able to go out and about as much as usual. We found the owners David and Moshe to be extremely kind and understanding, efficiently meeting our additional requests and ensuring our maximum comfort and relaxation. The studio was quiet, and fully equipped with everything we have at home, (someone certainly has an eye for detail and a love of art and creativity). The location was great for us and the roof terrace was lovely. We hope to stay agai. Everything was wonderful! This is the case, when the picture and the description of the hotel and facilities are exactly the same and even better! Beautiful rooms, corridors, location… I don’t want to repeat the details, which were mentioned before me… The perfume in the hall makes the general impression even better! Many thanks to the owner, who offers all the possible comfort to his guests!. I can recommend G38 appartments to anyone. It was simply amazing. Everything was clean (enough towels and sheets) and you have everything you need in the appartment. The owner was so nice and friendly and you really felt home in this place. I've been to other places in haifa and this was by far the best one. Location, facilities plus the very nice rooftop, everything was perfect!!. The apartment was fabulous. A quiet haven in a busy city yet the best location in town close to the lovely atmosphere of the German Colony and bus links to the rest of Haifa. And practically next door to the Baiti'a Temple. I liked having access to a washing machine and use of a mobile telephone during my stay. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to others. Very good location, quiet, clean and comfortable. Great roof terrace with a view over the city. Attentive and most helpful hosts (I found David to be extremely kind). They provide Wi-Fi, free laundry use and a mobile phone. The studio was well equipped (a nice kitchenette with needed facilities, iron, board etc.).Many thanks to the owners!. David (owner) is amazing. The hotel is literally like little apartments - no receptionist, but direct contact with the owner. As you book, David contacts you (or Moshe) - meet you at the hotel and give you all the info needed plus a local cellphone!!!! Pretty nice place, awesome design (simple and pretty chic!) and aweeeeesome owners!!!!. The apartment is at the best place to visit the main attraction in the city. Big and comfortable room. Well equipped kitchen. Good Wi-Fi signal. Free washing possibility. Free local mobile provided during your stay (calls free in IL). Free parking. Shops and restaurants very near. The location was excellent. The service by the 2 owners was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. I liked the design of the apartments. Also extra touches such as providing mobile phones for free local and international calls. Also providing hair dryer and straighteners. This accommodation was extremely high value. Very clean, simple, yet complete accommodation, somewhere between a studio and one bedroom suite. Fabulous location. Very well priced for Israel. Have already made recommendations to friends in Jerusalem. I liked everything: location (if you want to see sights and not to lay on the beach), desing of room, everything is new and many useful things in the apartment: iron, hairdryer, microwave and etc., it's possible to walk to the main station. Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. The ultimate/nicest touch was to receive a cell phone for the duration of our stay with unlimited calls to any location in the world. The apartment was sufficiently furnished and stylish. The location was nice next to the Bahai Gardens. The apartment was a nice size. And the staff was extremely courteous and attentive. Staffs were so kind and ever so helpful. The hotel was so close to the Bahai temple and close to all the great eating places. Felt safe walking back to the hotel night time too. Location is good.But if you want to swim it is really better to rent a car.I Think that the kitchen has everything that you need for cooking. Terrace on the roof is really cool. Spacious apartments, well designed, great rooftop balcony with views over the city, excellent location a short walk from restaurants and bars, free parking. Lovely apartment, free parking outside the building, super-helpful owners, everything is in excellent condition... So much better than a hotel!. Very professional and kind staff as the previous time we came. Nice room, comfortable beds, good silent air condition, wonderful location. clean, well-priced, free WiFi, convenient location, iron & board, hair dryer (not that i needed it). Nothing. The only issue I had wasn't even with g38, it was with letsbookhotel.com! When I booked our room it said there were 2 rooms left of the size that we wanted. As it turns out there were no rooms left of the size we wanted. Fortunately David the owner was able to speak with another guest who agreed to move to a smaller room so that we could stay here. What a great guy!!! After making a booking on this site I would highly recommend confirming it with the hotel. The only negative was there is no daily housekeeping service, but it's a small issue, considering the G38 model. It's a loft-like property catering best to long stay versus single night guests. For some reason the fire alarm false alarmed a few times & had to be reset which was a bit annoying early in the morning. The only drawback for us was that we were located furthest away from the terrace and because of health issues unable to climb the stairs to the roof as often as we would have liked. MINOR. Suggest that for brief stay guests, soap and shampoo would be a nice touch, even though it is an apartment rental. MINOR: it was unclear to me to prearrange the arrival time to be met by the owner / manager. But he responded immediately to a phone call as advised on the building door. AC was not working much as I liked. No cleaning but it is ok for apartments.No towels change. Nothing -- it was perfect. A foldable table would be handy for breakfast or in general for dining in the suite. didn't have shampoo. Liked everything. You have to wait 20 minutes do have warm water before you take a shower and you have to pay extra to get your room cleaned. So if you are going to stay long term, the place gets a little dirty. nothing. No lift No WIFI in the room No reception for checking in & out No car parking Noise from street and next room Price compared with other hotels.
