  The service was very attentive and friendly. The facilities were very neat and clean. The location was excellent! The beach is within easy walking distance, and the boardwalk with lots of shops and restaurants just beyond that, also within walking distance.   We stayed in the 2 BR Annex on Mozkin. It was large for an Israeli apartment. Especially liked that is was ground floor but designed with a second BR, second flat panel tv and secondfull BA upstairs. Had useful kitchen with full size refridgerator. Three air conditioners were a blessing as we were there there in July. Amir was really helpful, answering his phone even at 3 am.

  Great location. Hip, fun, clean rooms. It's very new and hopefully it can keep that level of cleanliness - that is always a selling point for me on a hotel. Location can't be beat. What makes it affordable is - A very neat/clean appartment conveniently located in a shopping district, close to the beach and quite central to the city and other amenities.   The room we got was exactly the room we saw on the pictures at the letsbookhotel.com. It was exactly what we wanted: enough space, refrigerator, balcony looking over the Ben Yehuda street (big plus that the balcony is in the shadow!). TV with lots of HD movie channels. Fine bathroom.
