yes we booked quaywest late sunday afternoon, as we deceided when we picked our visiters at the airort to go straight to westport,i had never been and always wanted to visit even though it was a quick visit, but the owners sarah and david were very friendly and helpful, we had a chineese and then a drink in matt molloys pub that made me up,a lovely breakfast but unfortunely on our way ,a lovely looking house we were trilled with our visit.

The beds were the best We slept on in all of Ireland. The breakfast was good as was the location. we attended a wedding in Westport Woods Hotel. Quay West was so convenient. Very good value for money. Tea and coffee making facilities in separate guest sitting room. Our room was so quiet. Parking was excellent. I found this B&B to be the best I have stayed in. I found the owners to be very helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean and modern, overall excellent. We liked the scenery and the friendliness and we were indeed very pleased with our stay at such a peacefull and quiet Questhouse. Excellent rating in every way. The owner was a very friendly & welcoming gentleman. The house was spotless & our room very comfortable. Food at breakfast was excellent. Quay west is a very friendly place to stay, very clean and comfortable.The owners were both very friendly and helpful.We would stay there again. Our host was very welcoming, the location was just a five minute walk to tone centre, easy to find and lots of parking. Very comfortable and close to everything! Uphill climb to return from city centre. liked everything!. Rooms very warm at night. Bathrooms very small. Bathroom was very small. Nothing. Would have preferred tea making facilities in our room rather than lounge. Could not recommend as the bathroom facilities were inadequate. Loos went under the hand basin, which made it less than easy to use. For this reason I am unable to recommend. Having to leave. up to 9:30 for breakfast.
