  We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival, the room was really beautiful and comfortable. The hotel was ideally located in the centre of the town with everything within walking distance. The restaurant was fantastic and great value for money and the staff were so friendly and helpful.   This was our first time staying at a B&B. We were made feel very welcome on arrival. Room was spotless and very spacious considering we had a double and two single beds.Kids were very welcome. It was better than some hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast was fab and nothing was too much trouble. Weather was not great that morning so we were not in any hurry to move and neither - Beautiful accommodation expertly furnished to the highest standards to allow a very cosy and homely environment. Perfect location to explore the Ring of Kerry from. All facilities as described, if not more! The bit I love most about this place is its host Jackie who is very friendly and welcoming! She made us feel at home even before we arrived and took the trouble to make sure we find the place and even drove out to guide us to it! Location is great as well, we did - The apartments were such a relaxing place to stay with our two little girls (1.5 years and 3.5 years). Little door stoppers were provided and the girls had a ball running from one room to the next. It was lovely to not have stairs. The apartments have been newly carpeted since we were last here and it was great to stay in a place with a fresh carpet smell. They were spotless. The staff were absolutely fabulous.   Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.
