  This is the second time I've stayed in the Shelbourne Hotel and will definitely be returning. Was weighing up whether to stay at the Westbury or her and we were so glad we picked the Shelbourne! It is just in a class of its own and seems to have more on at night too. You could just sit in the elegant foyer and people-watch all day! Everything in this hotel was as you would expect for a 5* hotel.   I thought the staff at this hotel were most friendly and helpful. Theyordered taxi's for us and even booked a restaurant in the city as we didnot wish to eat in the hotel. The hotel room was well presented and clean with plenty of space. The TV had more than just the standard channels, with 2 music channels.
