  Fantastic hotel, beautiful grounds and friendly staff. A lively pub also makes a great change from a stuffy hotel bar.   The staff were so helpful and friendly, in particular Stephaine the attention to detail was superb in every aspect of the hotel.   The staff were always super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much effort and they remember the small details (that you may think you need to followup on). The Suite was fabulous. Location great - not far from the center at all-walking distance. Loved the huge bed and myriad of pillows, blacked out double curtains spanning the whole wall of the Suite. You have - When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely concierge who took our bags and parked our car. He was very friendly & helpful. Reception staff were also friendly & welcoming. All staff were conscientious, great top class service! Absolutely excellent hotel and the cost is inviting on the wallet also! No hesitation to recommend The Fitzwilliam Belfast, l will defo be back!

  We only saw Alan the proprietor once, on arrival, which sums up how good our stay was. Very friendly and very helpful with regards to the cottage, things to do, places to go/eat. Stayed in Weirs Snout (red building), and can't fault it. It was just the two of us but it was comfortably big enough to accommodate 6.....maybe next time we'll bring the... 别人怎么说 » kids. Giant's Causeway, rope bridge, Dunluce Castle, Bushmills all close by, perfect base really after travelling up the coastal route which is a mus - Could not recommend more this place. Fantastic location, super friendly staff (thanks for all the advice Alan). Location wise, best located place we have stayed in a long time Cottages are well designed and felt like being at home only after 10 minutes of staying in. Very child friendly - we been provided with a cot and hig chair all great ! On top of all this - there are some many thigs to do that it is unreal - will be going back there definately !
