  The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. It was also good that breakfast was served until 11.00am at weekends. - Holiday Inn was easy to get to and we were received very well by courteous and competent staff.   1st of many visits to Belfast for business purposes,i brought my wife along this time as it was a fact finding visit for me and as i only had 2 meetings throughout 3 days within the area so i thought id make the most of getting away for a rest, she loved the staff, the hotel itself,and the indian restaraunt. When Iarrived home the next day I realised that I'd forgotten my jacket andKaren took the time to look for it and rang me telling me that she hadfound same.   The staff were always super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much effort and they remember the small details (that you may think you need to followup on). The Suite was fabulous. Location great - not far from the center at all-walking distance. You have - When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely concierge who took our bags and parked our car. He was very friendly & helpful. Reception staff were also friendly & welcoming. All staff were conscientious, great top class service! Absolutely excellent hotel and the cost is inviting on the wallet also! No hesitation to recommend The Fitzwilliam Belfast, l will defo be back!

  The staff at the Belfast Hilton were extremely helpful and forthcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was amazing to sleep in. I never wanted to get out of it. As people say you get what you pay for and the amount I paid for two nights (which included a fabulous and varied breakfast) was definately value for money. I would most defina... 别人怎么说 » tely recommend this hotel to friends and family. - Everything, it was worthy of a 5* - it had an ironing board and iron in the room, wine glasses, ice bucket, hairdryer, flatscreen T.V., clothes line in bathroom, ice machine in corridor, dressing gown, sewing kit, mini bar etc. It was fantastic and the bed was huge. Lovely view of water from window as well. They also let us check in quite a bit earlier.

  We were travelling with 3 children from 18months to 15 years all were accomodated and enjoyed their stay and we had the luxary and good food but could also relax as the staff were great and the restaurant open to children of all ages.
