  The location was excellent with the staff very friendly and helpful. The taxi tours outside the hotel were also excellent - clenleyness and the helpful staff,plus the location,just round the corner from the bus station and shoping centres.

  What can I say? A beautiful house set in a beautiful position on the side of Lough Neagh. The welcome was very warm and the accommodation and breakfast were immaculate.   It was very nice to have a fridge and microwave in the suite. The owner was very nice and friendly. The suite we were in had a sitting room with sofa, 2 chairs, and tv; a kitchen/dining area with microwave, cooker, washer, dryer, sink and supplies; a large bath with shower, sink, and commode; and 2 guest rooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with a dou... 别人怎么说 » ble and single). This day was my checkout and seeing what was happening with the weather I asked the receptionist to hold my room which they could do until 6pm. They kept my reservation open for me to get back and check in for the extra night - hotel staff were very helpful , we had a young baby with us and they gave us a travel cot in the room for her . There's a bar restaurant across the road and the food was very good and reasonable and the staff were lovely .I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Ibis hotel , we stayed there before and will again .

  I stayed at the ibis for 5 nights last week and I couldn't fault a thing about the the place. The staff are very friendly and will do anything to help you. I did not eat in the hotel so I can't comment on the food but there are lots of lovely places to eat nearby.
