  No hassle with check-in, staff very obliging. Room Service was first class. Food excellent. Plenty of parking. Excellent Taxi Service - no delays in arriving when called. Top notch hotel, Would recommend to anyone. - Great staff

  The hotel staff were very pleasant from check in to bar attendance to restaurant. When we checked in to our room it was cold because window had been left open and heating had gone off. The receptionist arranged for a heater to be plugged in and by time we were going to bed our room was lovely and cosy. The overall decor throughout the hotel was lo - From the moment we arrived we got the most professional and friendly service from everyone we met from reception to bar staff to dinigroom staff. It set the scene for us. Everything else matched the attitude of the staff. It will be our Limerick destination of choice in future and so easily accessed from the Motorway whichever direction you are coming from. Full marks to all concerned. Michael Hegarty, Galway

  The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We also ate in the hotel and the food was top class.   The position of the hotel was fantastic and it was central for everything..shopping centre only 5-10 mins away...The view over the river shannonn was brilliant too and plenty of great irish bars near by. - I have staid in this hotel about 6 times all ready and i think it is exellent.   One of our best stays at any hotel in the country, our room was spotless and the staff couldnt have been any more helpful. Fantastic value for money. - The room and the Fitness space. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed!
