My 3 year old son loved the trams! It let us sleep for an extra hour inthe morning while he watched the trams out our corner window. It was notnoisy either, so that was great! Close enough to the city, but quiet. Weliked it a lot! - Opportunity to stay extra half day in same room

The reception area was bright and spacious there was a lovely bar area with comfy sofa's-great for relaxing and having a few drinks. Staff were very accomodating,as two young people most hotels assume we will be noisey,they did their very best to treat us equally and were very polite and proffesional at all times,there was a bit of a mix up with our booking when we arrived they did not have our booking on the computer but the gent at the reception was most helpful and fixed us a room immedietly even giving us the best room in the hotel for the same price it was relaxed and we felt very welcome i would definatley stay here ag
