Conveniently located across from Heuston Station, but also in-between Phoenix Park and the terrific National Museum of History and Design, and right down the street from Smithfield and the Guinness Brewery. Mark and co. were accommodating hosts, quickly resolving a cold shower issue and allowing me to store baggage after I checked out.

It is a quiet hotel ideally located close to the city centre but far enough from it. Rooms were spotless facilities better than expected and staffed by very friendly staff. Well run well managed. I had to stay an extra night but the staff were superb and it was no more than a stroke of a pen and I was sorted. Well done to the owners excellent hotel

The manager John and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them to do. Loved the friendliness of the staff they were all excellent, stowed our bags for us before and after check-out too, so we could do more sightseeing. The beds were very comfy and clean linen, good signal on the TV. The breakfast was very plentiful and had lots of choice. Place was like a tardis! Represented good value for our money, near enough to bus links etc, but far enough away to give an undisturbed nights sleep. Liked the key-code entry to bedrooms.

Staff were very helpful! They booked us a cheap ride from the hostel to the airport since we had a 6:30am flight. Facilities were clean, hot showers, and clean sheets including sheet over the comforter. I would def stay here again. It is a very central location to Temple Bar area, Grafton Street, and O'Connell Street. Everything you need is right on your doorstep.
The facilities (even the shared shower rooms/ toilets) are very clean, and the bedrooms themselves are very clean. This is the 2nd time i've stayed here and I would definitely recommend to others!
