  The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I telephoned the night before our arrival, explaining that we were on a very early morning flight. I asked if we would be able to drop off our bags at the hotel. The receptionist encouraged us to come straight to the hotel and arranged an early check-in on arrival. It is a half a block away so it made it easy to find the city bus tours and the tourism office. The beds were very comfortable which was a definite plus. They also have two guest computers that you can you use for free 24 hours a day. They were sometimes busy, but there was always a chance to use them.

  The price was good and the location was reasonable with plenty of free parking. The guy was friendly and did his best to welcome us. Breakfast was reasonable (tea/coffee and toast) but for the price we paid for the room you can't really expect much more. Nothing was a bother. He was really good with all of the guests, going by what I witnessed. I would definitely stay there again. My son is even planning on going with his friends to the same accomodation - he really liked the manager.

  Every room had a parking space alotted to it... Was close to the cityonly cost €15 for taxi and they were continously passing the door. Theresidents bar was brilliant and alot cheaper than dublin prices!!! Andthere was no real closing time aslong as we didnt get too round. One ofthe most comfortable bed i've ever slept in! There was also a guy in the bar who brought our room service to out rooms and when we came down - Staff were very accomodating,as two young people most hotels assume we will be noisey,they did their very best to treat us equally and were very polite and proffesional at all times,there was a bit of a mix up with our booking when we arrived they did not have our booking on the computer but the gent at the reception was most helpful and fixed us a room immedietly even giving us the best room in the hotel for the same price it was relaxed and we felt very welcome i would definatley stay here ag
