  We found the staff very friendly and helpful , we wanted to go for dinner in city so the clerk at reception recommended and booked us a lovely restaurant which was exactly what we were looking for .   The location of the Imperial Hotel is great for getting out and about in Cork. Nearby are so many bars and fabulous restaurants. The Escape Spa in the hotel is superb - you must give it a try! - The room felt very comfartable and was very stylish.Staff was very helpfull.

  The staff were incredibly welcoming, and showed us to our room which was spacious and beautifully decorated. All in all, a five star experience. The food was - A wonderful luxury, 5 star hotel that was just great overall. The best place we stayed during our 2 weeks in Ireland. Large, comfortable rooms & bed, great food, attentive staff, with Bart at the front door everything just couldn't be better.

  Excellent Meals, although getting tea at breakfast was hard work. Had dinner at hotel one night and next night attended a formal function (with 350 others) at hotel and food and service were really excellent in both cases. - The refurbishment of the hotel has been a complete success. The room upgrades are excellent.
