  The staff were very friendly and efficient. I didnt use the pool but myboyfriend did and he was very pleased with it. The room/bathroom itselfwas very spacious and comfortable.   Two hotels in one, had some of the characteristics of fawtly Towers in the nicest possible way. The staff were really excellent and yet very comfortably laid back. Going from one hotel to the other to check in, to stay in the other hotel to having breakfast in the other hotel and there is this young guy who is the spit of basil. Check in was not till three but when i arrived at half twelve to see if i could park in the grounds while till then, the owner organised for our room to be available within the next half an hour!   First rate service. When we checked out, I left an iPad behind. The owner went out of his way to see that it was delivered the next day to our hotel in Dublin. - Our stay was great! Very nice hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant meals were gourmet!
