I stayed with my family. Hotel is at central location in Killarney town. Very good hotel. I had executive double room booked. Room was very comfortable, excellent. Very nice hotel to stay. Staf is very friendly. Hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance from train station. Everything is available at doorstep of the hotel. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The bar was great, the rooms were lovle and clean, comfortable and warm and the shower was excellent. I had a great stay and will not hestitate to return.

Did not stay myself, booked for a member of staff for her 65th birthdayand she had a great time, she and her husband were treated like royalty. A terrific hotel with great staff in a great location. Rooms were excellent. Pub and restaurant fantastic. friendly staff and best irish coffee i've ever had, full marks to the bar tender. excellent value fpr money, freindly staff and excellent location. The value for money we received and the romms were fantastic. Asked for a quiet room and got one - well done. excellent value. comfortable. friendly staff. great hotel in a great location. The dining room for breakfast was very bright and clean and comfortable and it was the best breakfast we have had in a hotel.The staff were very friendly. Its very central for everything.. The room was good value for the moneywe paid and the power shower was amazing!!. the location was good. Situation, personnel. no parking. Lack of parking could be made clearer in the website, before booking. There were no bedrooms in which smoking was allowed in the hotel available.No car park. Some half-wit on the switchboard had issues with the hotel and rang theroom of everybody staying there at 2-4 A.M., but this was a isolatedissue and can not really be held against the hotel.No parking facilities. It was impossible to get sleep due to the noise level in and outside of the hotel. The walls were very thin and you could hear footsteps outside, not to mention blaring music next door until 3 in the morning.The hotel has no parking facilities, and there's a charge for any on street parking in the area around the hotel. Would cost, if I remember correctly, €10 a day to park on the street. Other hotels, for around the same price per night, offer free parking. Would probably be the reason why I will probably not stay in the hotel again. The cleaning staff were quite rude and actually entered my room with their own key even when they knew I was inside there. the walls were to thin. we booked an executive room and didnt get robes or slippers or any complimentary bottled water or a turn down service.Room too small two beds joined together as double. Remote not working on tv no radio. The room was lovely but it was a long walk from the reception area.. Atleast ten minutes.. The room was a bit noisy as we were on the groundfloor and the beds weren't that comfortable and they certainly werentqueen sized as advertised!!. the size of the room. it was abit small. parking difficulty.
