  A great stay here. The staff were brilliant and it was difficult to fault this place in any way. Bang in the centre of town and handy for pubs and restaurants as well as the castle and cathedral. When we arrived our room had been set out for someone having an anniversary with towels sculpted as swans on the bed and fresh flowers and fudge truffles... 别人怎么说 » . We rang down to reception to say we thought we were in the wrong room - they immediately rang back and said 'Our mistake - just enjoy' Buffet style - Located on Patrick Street, which is very central and seems to be no more than 10/15 mins from everything in Kilkenny. Friendliest hotel staff we have ever met, nothing seemed to be any trouble for them Our room (No:224) was very big, very clean and bright. Tea & coffee makings were waiting for us. Breakfast - a comprehensive buffet, with tea & coffee served by the most welcoming waitress we've encountered, never mind first thing in the morning. Parking is available free, on site

  The attention to detail of the staff and the hotel itself was beautifully designed. the hotel romms were beautiful.
