  We stayed for the whole weekend with 2 kids both under 2. The room was very clean that we could let the youngest crawl round the floors without fear. 1st morning we had breakfast in our room 2 members of staff came with it, they were very polite. We were also on the forth floor but the way the windows were designed there was no fear for the kids. Our room was clean and comfortable with a strong hot shower. Plenty of dry towels were supplied on both nights and we got a breakfast that would keep you going all day.   This was the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. I will highly recommend it to others and will stay there again if I am in Galway. - staff were always really helpful and friendly, it was also a 2min walk from eyre square, the shops and the bus station and was really cheap

  Galway as a family holiday was excellent although the sunny weather definitely made it. We had our car so great beaches such as Salthill, Barna and Spieddel was only 10 - 15 min drive away. Some excellent restaurants at these locations too. The apartments were 25 mins walk from city centre, not 15. Overall a very good experience.

  Accommodation in Galway is generally quite expensive, but St Judes' Lodge was good value for money. The rooms were basic, but immaculately clean and comfortable.   The two-bedroomed suite was really huge and very well equipped. Beds were large and comfortable, and all furniture was new and clean. Each bedroom had a tv, and there was a third in the lounge area - great for kids. The food in the hotel bar was excellent and staff were helpful and friendly.
