  We stayed for the whole weekend with 2 kids both under 2. The room was very clean that we could let the youngest crawl round the floors without fear. 1st morning we had breakfast in our room 2 members of staff came with it, they were very polite. We were also on the forth floor but the way the windows were designed there was no fear for the kids.   Absolutely everything! I am a travel agent in Ireland, so I know what to expect and was not expecting a lot from a hostel. However, the reviews looked good and price was great. I was so impressed by the staff, the provision of towels, the location and most of all by the apartment that we stayed in. In Sleepzone, they can show you what to do in the city, recommend restaurants and pubs and sell you guided tours to other places nearby Galway. Besides, the common areas are very clean and organized, specially the kitchen. A very simple breakfast (bread, jam and juice/coffee) is included, but it was more than enough for us.

Our room was clean and comfortable with a strong hot shower. Plenty of dry towels were supplied on both nights and we got a breakfast that would keep you going all day.   This was the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. I will highly recommend it to others and will stay there again if I am in Galway. - staff were always really helpful and friendly, it was also a 2min walk from eyre square, the shops and the bus station and was really cheap

  Galway as a family holiday was excellent although the sunny weather definitely made it. We had our car so great beaches such as Salthill, Barna and Spieddel was only 10 - 15 min drive away. Some excellent restaurants at these locations too. The apartments were 25 mins walk from city centre, not 15.   Staff were excellent - couldn't fault any of them - we needed assistance moving our luggage when leaving, they couldn't have been more helpful - also very friendly towards our 9 month old daughter - Staff are worth an extra star alone for this hotel. Shopping centre close by also handy. - I was immediately taken with the good humoured friendliness of the staff. They were accommodating and helpful, and welcoming. As regular visitors to Galway, this could well be our 'new' home away from home. We'll definitely be back.
