  Absolutely everything! I am a travel agent in Ireland, so I know what to expect and was not expecting a lot from a hostel. However, the reviews looked good and price was great. I was so impressed by the staff, the provision of towels, the location and most of all by the apartment that we stayed in.   staff were always really helpful and friendly, it was also a 2min walk from eyre square, the shops and the bus station and was really cheap - This was the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. I will highly recommend it to others and will stay there again if I am in Galway.

  Galway as a family holiday was excellent although the sunny weather definitely made it. We had our car so great beaches such as Salthill, Barna and Spieddel was only 10 - 15 min drive away. Some excellent restaurants at these locations too. The apartments were 25 mins walk from city centre, not 15.
