Our first, but not last, trip to Ireland began with a warm welcome from
Mel and Denis in Bunratty, just minutes from the Shannon Airport. Mel
was most accommodating and gracious. Her home is immaculate and her
breakfasts delicious. When our multi-hour delayed flight from jfk

This b&b is closer to the Shannon airport than most carparks are in major cities. The location couldn't be better! Mel is the perfect hostess, when I arrived she cranked the electric blanket on the bed (which was SO comfortable!), pulled the blinds and allowed me to sleep the entire afternoon of my arrival so I could avoid jetlag.
