It was a good base for travelling around the area, including Newgrange, Funtasia. - The Redbank Guesthouse is well situated in Skerries. Five minutes from the port and seafront and close to a good pub with music. The welcome was very friendly and the food, both in the restaurant and at breakfast, was very good. The decoration needs a touch of TLC but we found that a lot during our trip to other guesthouses. It is a lovely place to spend the evening and night before flying out from Dublin airport - a twenty minutre drive (with roadworks)?
