The staff were great. They'd approached me to offer a room upgrade and insisted on it as they knew the live music in the night would disturb my rest. The manager convinced to take a look at the other room and decide if I'd like to move. And I'm glad I'd taken the advice. The room was great and I rested well. I love the coziness of the premise. Made me feel at home! A good location to explore the arts along the streets and the monkeys too! Ubud, I'll be back.
所有评语 » We were a honeymoon couple in this hotel, when we arrived our driver was waiting for us. He made us a very safe drive. When we arrived to the hotel, they have upgraded us to deluxe room for free because we are a honeymoon couple. Hotel is in center of the Ubud. Very easy location. And staff is excellent. Next time in ubud will be same hotel. Staff really helpful and friendly. Tranquil quiet setting of hotel with pool. Rooms were comfortable and spacious with delightful 'Asian' touches. Buffet Breakfast was extensive and there was a variation of choice. 'Extras' in the room like toothbrushes, shaving equipment etc. and daily complimentary bottled water were a nice addition. The staff were extremely friendly. Always saying hello and asking about your trip. Located centrally in Ubud. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool and lounge area were very pleasant. The breakfast provided was delightful as well. Recommended. Only $80 a night too (i think this must have been a discount though). It is a hotel that I can highly recommend. Wonderful staff, very clean, delicious breakfast ( better than many of the restaurants on Monkey Forrest road) and a lovely relaxed swimming pool area. This is the place to stay if you don't feel like the glam of a 5 star hotel but rather something well rounded and homely. This is a small personal hotel is in the centre of Monkey Forest Road close to everything. It reflects Ubud's art culture with beautiful wooden double entry doors to each room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but enough variety to suit everyone. Bathrooms large with both bath and shower. We had an incredible stay at Lumbung Sari in Ubud. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in the main street of Ubud and offers high-quality rooms. The breakfast is good. You can also enjoy the nice swimming pool and the garden after your visits. It was great. When we arrived we got a free up grade to a large room with huge bed. Staff were all very friendly. Not enough sunbeds around the pool. the wooden doors need to have flywire doors as well as their is a gap between the doors which let insects in so we were bitten at night. Nothing at all. I think that if you have any disabilities as did,you will want to book on the ground floor.We were on the 1st floor,and found the stairs a killer,they are very high which can be scary.There was one other thing,i hope they install a hand rail in each bath,and also a rubber mat in the bath.The bath itself was lovely and deep,and i found it very hard to get up after a bath. Need 2 or 3 more sunbathing lounges. Our room could have been slightly bigger, but still good. Did not stay long enough!!. Breakfast could have a little more western food. Not about the hotel, but the taxi touting outside the hotel. The air-con in the standard room was noisy and noise from next room can hear clearly. The music from a noisy bar down the raod. Did get the odd mosquito in my room, was given some spray when I told staff, so not a problem. There's some ants around the balcony and the wooden screen at the toilet can be seen through from the room. No privacy. Some nights, You can hear the bands playing in the bars in the street. The bathroom didn't have a window, so it can get pretty damp in there. More tables for breakfast. More seating around pool area. Toilet and bathtub fit only for tall people Stair-steps too high for seniors. Noisy kid in the pool for hours just below our room. Overpriced concerning the economic make up of Bali. Bed was so noisy, everytime u move sound feel like broken. No shower curtain. Nothing. Breakfast wasn t available until 8 & I was leaving at 7.30. Also would have been good to have ceiling fan over the bed. Nothing. Ome kroning we die not have warm water for à showen, nut the manager die apologize and it was fixend dring the day. Too much fried food at the breakfast buffet. A/C was not really powerful, no shower curtains so everything got wet, toilet was on an elevated part, bit weird. Rooms are basics and quote small. Breakfast very limited and offering mainly fried food.
