  It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff very attentive and good service. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. - Staff friendly and excellent service. Great response for requests. Wonderful room size and design. Strategic location. Spectacular view and facilities.

  The setting of the hotel is absolutely fabulous if you like to be surrounded by luxuriant vegetation (like I do). The swimming pools are wonderfully designed, instead of being the standard rectangle, the staff are extremely friendly (which is common to most of Bali), and the design of the rooms and villas is also just really good.   The Dipan was so good, I returned after spending a week in Ubud. The staff and villas are wonderful, with a gorgeous lagoon pool you will not want to leave. They really are spot on. The villas are really good. They have figured out what counts for a great experience for pretty much everyone and drawn up the blue prints accordingly. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately.
