  We stayed for 17 nights at Puri Cendana and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful.   Staffs are so nice. After I changed money at a small money change kiosk nearby the hotel, I happened to see a notice on the reception warning guests be aware of sneaky money changers. And I asked the staff whether the one besides the hotel is trustworthy. They asked me to count the money I received. Then I found the number of notes is wrong, the g... 别人怎么说 » uy stole 24% of notes. The hotel staff asked the security guard to go back to the money exchange to ask my money back. With their kind help I was able - I sent many emails and was always answered promptly and nothing was ever too much for them to change. We were all thrilled with our accommodation and location especially having our own pool. The staff were excellent and nothing was ever a problem for them. The food was always presented well and tasted so nice. We ate in quite a few different cafes around the Seminyak area and all was very good. I would definitely recommend Desamuda to the elder as we had a 75 year old traveling with us and
