  It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff very attentive and good service. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. - Staff friendly and excellent service. Great response for requests. Wonderful room size and design.   Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us - we had two 3 year old twin girls and a 17 year old niece which leads to a variety of needs but the staff met all our needs without any fuss. Excellent accommodation - large villa with all modern facilities. Free shuttle bus excellent - no worries with dropping us to Waterbom Park.   Loved the location right in the heart of Siminyak. the villa was clean at all times had house keeping came in every day which I didn't expect. Had breakfast made every morning by a lovely guy.
