  It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff very attentive and good service. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. - Staff friendly and excellent service. Great response for requests. Wonderful room size and design. Strategic location. Spectacular view and facilities.

  The hotel was very nice, clean rooms and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff were very helpful and nice and called the doctor for me in the middle of the night. They called the room a few times the following day to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. Cannot say enough for the staff!

  Loved the location right in the heart of Siminyak. the villa was clean at all times had house keeping came in every day which I didn't expect. Had breakfast made every morning by a lovely guy.   I like the whole design of the hotel and how friendly the staff are. Bed was comfy, breakfast wasn't all that bad. The room was excellent in terms of design and comfort. Excellent shower water pressure. Back door opens to Bali Deli and short walk to Bintang supermarket. Walking distance to shopping and very short taxi drive to Oberoi. Basic rooms extrememly comparable to The Haven which is 3x the price.
