Staff were great, friendly and very helpful. The villa was beautiful. huge and had kitchen and living area. Decor was great and it was very private and modern. HUGE T.v. and DVD player which is kind of nice if you've been roughing it for a while. Airconditioning worked great!. It was a little hard to find. they had some trouble getting the hot water to work, but the staff worked really hard at it and it did work eventually. I didn't like Seminyak much, but most people know why they're coming there (to shop mostly) so not sure this is relevant. It doesn't really feel like Bali and the prices are crazily high.
