After visiting Bali for 20 years, finally found the best resort ever in Bali. The easy going atmosphere can not be compared with other resorts. Great smiling staff willing to pleasure you during your stay and a very very lovely manager which please you with her smile. Great boutique resort with such a tropical garden, you believe you are in Ubud instead of just behind the main street in Sanur. Perfect finished spacious villas with a romantic and warm feeling and a big outside terras with a lot .

Spacious. 4 bed loft room great for families (so long as you are happy with kids going up and down a steep ladder, we were). Loved the rooms and the gorgeous decorations Great food. All the good rating and positive review comments were verified in my stay to Klumpu.Very professioanl and friendly staff The resort is only constitued of 8 villas with nice design..it makes you relax from the first moment you are in the hotel...Small resort and spread this friendly atmosphere as all the residents will met daily in breakfast time or around the swimmingpool.We liked teh food also with many varieties and it was very tasty.the hotel offer 15 mn welcoming massage and small gift in t. We have always stayed in larger resorts, but it was really nice to come back to a quiet oasis after a busy day, a quick greeting from the lovely staff, and jump into a lovely clean refreshing pool, surrounded by tropical plants and trees. The cleanliness of the whole hotel was exceptional and the staff were always helpful and friendly. This hotel is tucked away in a quiet lane 200m from shopping and a 5 min walk to the beach. All the friendly staff and the peacefulness made this a great hotel . This resort has left us with a wonderful life lasting impression! i will definitely come back here again and recommend this resort to my friends and family. during our stay, we didn't want to leave because the resort is just breathtakingly comfortable and the staff made us feel like we're home and they would help you with your requests. our TV was broken, and upon informing the staff, they were prompt in fixing the problem; which is replacing it with an entirely new TV. 5 star resort!!. This amazing little new resort is an oasis in the middle of Sanur. Absolutely stunning grounds, beautiful pool with a waterfall. the staff are lovely, there are good quality bikes to hire, the breakfasts were huge and we received the best massage there by one of the male staff members!! The hotel is a mere 5 minute walk to the beach down a little sand track. We loved everything about our stay at the resort. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. We loved the fact that there were only 8 villas which made it cosy and peaceful. We will recommend the resort to anyone we talk to who is heading to Bali. Loved the lofts, the design and the pool. Very relaxing and peaceful. And very cute VW Combi, I wish we'd had a hotel pick up in it! Staff were also kind when my son was ill on the last day, and allowed him to rest in a room til our flight departed. Very kind personell and owner, beutifuly designed resort with quite big pool. :D Location is near the beach, restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this resort for everyone from young to old. ;) It is also very clean. The staffs were very nice and flexible with our needs. I also like the fact that it is not a big resort so it feels very homely. And definitely no mosquitos!! Wifi connection is good too. Especially Ice Cappucino is really fantastic and just 25k IDR. We already booked for next year before they sold out again, and yes we know why!! We will be happy to stay here every time we will visit Bali again in the future. Thank you for our perfect holiday!. Pool is lovely but would have been good if a little larger. Hard to fine..the hotel is new and not known in the area...but once you are there you will enjoy every moment. Pool was a little slippery getting in and out. Hand rails would have made it safer. Breakfast was included in the cost and was delicious, but after staying 7 days a little variation would have been nice. we loved everything about our stay at Klumpu!. We do feel that the lighting in the bathroom could be a little better. It was not very easy for my husband to see when he was shaving or our daughter when she was putting on make up. Our hotel drop off to the airport was delayed, I'm not sure why, if miscommunication or another reason. In the end it was fine as our flight departure was delayed. Only minor criticisms that are hardly worth listing but ok: Upstairs sleeping areas is unsafe for very small kids Main bed was a bit hard Ventilation and lighting in bathroom a bit under done Not a lot of variety in breakfasts when staying a week or longer. Everytnig was excellent! :). I wish there is a hand held shower in the bathroom. 10 minutes walk from highway but should be okey. Added 3% charge for using credit card - not advertised either on ere or in any sign at the hotel the mezzanine bedroom has a very low barrier with a 1m gap centrally, no gate to make it safe at night for kids. we resrted to putting a suitcase across the opening to stop them falling down. Having to leave. Nothing. A softer pillow!. Northing to complain.
