The hotel gardens were so attractive giving me lots of ideas for my garden at home and the location of the pool and beach were excellent. I liked the hotel room having a balcony so you could sit out even if it was raining with lovely views of the garden. As the hotel was centrally positioned there was easy access to shopping in Sanur. Breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and the staff served you quickly and with a smile!.
所有评语 » I love the fact that the beach is literally just outside the hotel!! The staff are also very friendly without being intrusive. In general perfect for us, as I was meeting my parents who are a mature couple, so we have a great time relaxing in a very nice location. Great location, right on the beach. Infinity pool was why I booked this hotel. You can float and watch the morning runners pass and families stroll by with the view of the islands in front of you. The location is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool by the beach is really good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Happy to stay there again. Breakfast is great . Liked being on beach and near markets. Small so very friendly . Close to everything . Pools are great . Location wonderful, right on beach. Handy all the shops, drivers on site. (Lauren was a great driver).Staff were wonderful. The Besakih hotel has a magic location, beautiful gardens, 2 lovely pools and wonderful staff who make you welcome. Relaxed atmosphere close to beach and off street pathway for walking, cycling & for the early morning, or evening exercise while enjoying the scenery. The position of the Hotel and the established feel of tradition. Our room was well placed and good value although in need of decoration,. Central location. Easy walking to markets, day spas and cafes. Breakfast served beachside. the hotel ist directly at the beach. the food is ok. Like beach view from hotel. Beds very comfortable. Location. Position. the location. First night we had a problem with the toilet in our room but it was quickly fixed next day. The rooms are a bit outdated, but reasonably clean. The TV was out for a day when we were there, but that just mean more time at the beach =). Nothing. It's budget but for the location and pool it's value for money. Not much variety for breakfast unless you like eggs. We supplied our own cereal and coffee. Rooms need updating especially bathrooms and tvs. Internet access poor had to go to lobby or restaurant. Maintenance is poor. If you complain they try to fix things, but mostly are unsuccessful. In my room I had problems in the bathroom/ TV/bedroom. The staff clean your room, but do not pay attention to details. Nothing. started cleaning and maintentance a bit too early some days. (noisy when trying to sleep). The smell in the bathroom. When we arrived we were tired and we were shown to a twin bed room that was poorly maintained. It was upstairs and down a dark corridor. I was very distressed that this was not the accommodation I had viewed on the website when I booked. When I complained the next morning we were upgraded and we were happy with our comfortable but a little dated room. No tea/coffee facilities. The service in the restaurant and the poor standard of food for breakfast. Room was 'tired' looking. Basic facilities. Bathroom a bit tired even though I was advised it was a "renovated" room. The guests are all over 60 years old. the people from the shops come and annoy you all day (want you to buy their things) at the own hotelbeach. there was some kind of construction noise during the nights and the people at the reception are just pretending to be friendly (as long as you book their overpriced taxis and trips). if not, you get to know their real faces!!. Change of breakfast,last stay Besakih had menu,this time smorgasbord which we did not like. Also tried to get a bucket of ice at 10.30pm,told all locked,went next door to Gryia Santrian and got a bucket of ice.Not happy. Breakfast bit average.hotel very tired run down. Dated, needs paint, updating & breakfast is very basic. Shabby and badly in need of renovation. that the facitlities-bathroom wasnt very appealing/clean.
